Connie Day
Educational Background: Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Music and a minor in Speech Communication from Northwest Christian College in Eugene, Oregon. I also have a Master’s degree from Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Professional Background: Teaching is a second career for me. I taught 3rd and 4th grade, Spanish and music at a private school in Idaho Falls for four years. I know that teachers can be very influential in the lives of their students. When we believe in them and give them the tools they need for success, our children can do amazing things. I am glad to be part of the team of committed and creative teachers at White Pine.
Personal Background: I spent most of my childhood in Spokane, Washington. I lived in Oregon and Indiana before coming to Idaho Falls in 1993. My husband is an Idaho native. We have two children and a dog. We enjoy snowmobiling and camping together. I also enjoy reading, playing the piano and doing arts and crafts.
