Tell us something about yourself (NOT school related):
I have a Wildlife/Ecology degree and LOVE being outdoors when I can. I have worked for a remote wildlife refuge chasing Sage Grouse, at a fish hatchery taking care of many types of trout, and also for the United States Forest Service for the fish crew stocking fish in high mountain lakes while also cleaning up trails. Someday soon I want to also get my pilots license!
Describe yourself as a teacher in ONE word:
Food you could eat everyday:
French dips and Jamba Juice!
If you could only take one book on vacation, it would be:
Sum It Up – Pat Summitt
If you could be any animal for a day, it would be:
A Golden Eagle! Flying would be incredible!!
What made you choose White Pine Charter School?:
I love the challenging and safe atmosphere of WPCS. The faculty is an enormous, close family that will go the extra mile for every student. I love that WPCS challenges students and provides additional opportunities that many other students do not have. Go cougars!!
