Diana Hawes

Diana Hawes,3rd Grade

I was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa. I speak English and Afrikaans fluently.

I spent my 20s traveling to different countries and gaining work experience abroad. In 2013, I returned to the USA and spent time in Florida and California before settling down in 2015 in… you guessed it, Idaho Falls. Prior to teaching, I worked mostly in mental health care (i.e. behavioral counseling, PSR, and case management).

This is my second year teaching third grade at WPCS.

Some of Mr Graham’s trivia Qs and As:

One word that describes me… hmmmmm… I would say energetic.

I could eat chicken fajitas with avocado everyday… definitely.

Any Stephen King book would do.

If I could be any animal for a day, I think I would be an owl.

See you at school!
