Sarah Cook,3rd Grade
I graduated from Ricks College and Idaho State University, before spending 12 years as a Social Worker. A few years ago, I began to consider a career change to teaching. I spent one school year at White Pine working in the Special Education and Title 1 programs, and this will be my second year teaching third grade. Third grade is so much fun! I love watching third graders turn into big kids over the course of the school year. My goal is to have a classroom community that is supportive, fun, and nurturing, while also having high expectations for student effort and growth that is necessary for students to successfully transition from early to upper elementary.
I live with my husband and two daughters in the Rigby area. We love to spend our time hiking, biking, kayaking, cross-country skiing, camping in all seasons, and just playing outside. I also love cooking, reading, and gardening.
