Apply for the 2025-2026 School Year!

The 2025-2026 Lottery was held on April 10th. The deadline for applications was April 9th at 4 pm. Once we have processed the application, we will let you know if we have an opening in that grade.

White Pine Charter School Lottery Information

Each year White Pine has a limited number of seats available for new students. If the capacity of the school is insufficient to enroll all prospective students, a lottery shall be utilized to determine which prospective students will be admitted to White Pine.

HOW TO APPLY TO THE LOTTERY

A Lottery Application must be completed and submitted to White Pine Charter Schools for all students interested in attending White Pine. The links at the top of this page will take applicants to the application page.

Kindergarten: The State of Idaho requires that your child be 5 years old by September 1st of the year they start kindergarten (please refer to Idaho Code Statute 33-201). Proof of birth date is required prior to enrolling.

 

WHEN IS THE LOTTERY

The 2025-2026 Lottery was held April 10, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. via zoom. The deadline for applications was April 9th at 4pm. Once we have processed the application, we will let you know if we have an opening in that grade. If there is not an opening in that grade, the application will be placed on the wait list. Please make sure to apply for the correct year. WPCS's lottery preferences are as follows in accordance with I.C. 33-5206(9)(a):

  1. Children of WP Founders
  2. Children of Full-Time Employees
  3. Siblings of Enrolled Students
  4. Open to the General Public

 

APPLICATIONS FOR ADDITIONAL CHILDREN

A separate application must be submitted for each eligible child within a family (with the exception of twins and triplets). Once you have successfully submitted one application, you will have the opportunity to begin another from the "Submission Confirmation" page.
